Add electrical from American Auto Wire, electric fan, fan shroud, and custom lighting in the hood ornament.

AFTER: Ratchet Shifter
The old Mustang shifter was replaced with a new ratchet shifter for smoother shifting.

AFTER: Custom Fan Shroud
A custom fan shroud was designed and built by StreetMod Designs. A new polished radiator was installed.
New Headers
All new ceramic coated headers were installed on the engine.

The custom exhaust system camouflages the tips and still looks great underneath.
Installation of the Back Seat Belts
New lap belts were installed for the back seat that matches the outside brown and carpet brown.
Installation of the Front Seat Belts
New lap belts were installed for the front seat that matches the outside brown and carpet brown.
Custom AutoSound Radio and CD Player
We installed a new Custom AutoSound Slidebar radio with Bluetooth and CD Player. The CD player is tucked away in the glovebox and the subwoofer under the front seat. The customer can change the radio from analog look when at car shows and digital when cruising down the street.

Service Description
Replace the Mustang shifter with a ratchet shifter, headers, and radiator. Build a custom fan shroud and exhaust system. Perform routine maintenance. Install a Custom AutoSound Slidebar Radio with Bluetooth and a CD Player. Install lap beats in the front and back.

Service Description
Install new Dakota Digital gauges and rewire with American Autowire. Convert factory knobs to work with Vintage Air. Modify door handles to eliminate c-clips. Fix minor mechanical issues.

BEFORE: Dash
The dash with a hole for a aftermarket radio. The goal is to get the hole to fit the same size radio from 1966.
Dying the Metal
David is dying the metal around the aftermarket hole in order to accurately.
Removing the Aftermarket Hole
David is removing the aftermarket hole in order to put a patch panel.
AFTER: Original Radio Hole
David welded the patch panel in place and cut a hole for a radio that would have been the original size.
SANDBLASTED
The inside was sandblasted which revealed brazed patches to fix rust holes. Sandblasting also removed the fiber glass that was used to cover rust holes.
Removing Floor Pans
The entire floor pan had to be removed in order to correctly fix all the issues with the rust and brazing. The new floor pan will be welded into place.

Service Description
Replace the aftermarket radio hole with a hole that will fit the original radio size. Replace floor pans as well as paint the dash and doors. Line the inside with Lizard Skin.

Replace the original wiring with new wiring and add new gauges. Replace ball joints.

Front Lowering Kit With New Rims
A 2 inch lowering kit was installed with new rims and tires.
Steering Stop Extension
A steering stop extension was fabricated for the lowering kit in order for the new wheels and tires from rubbing against the fenders.
Engine Bay
New Holley Sniper fuel injection system, Vintage Air, and electric fan were all installed.
Holly Sniper
A new Holley Sniper fuel injection system was installed to replace the carburetor.
Electric Fan
A new electric fan was installed to replace the old mechanical fan.
New Gauges
New Dakota Digital gauges were installed to replace the original guages.

Service Description
Replace gauges with Dakota Digital, mechanical fan with electric, and replace carburetor with Holly Sniper fuel injection system. Lower the front end 2 inches and update rims and tires. Add Vintage Air A/C.

Solar Panel
The solar panel is installed on the roof at a slight angle in order to charge the battery. No holes were drilled into the roof.

The solar panel’s controller is installed on the firewall by the battery so it can control the voltage charge for the battery coming from the solar panel.

Sandblasting reveled that the Chevelle that been in a accident at one point in his life. It shows where a technician pulled out the rear and the holes were filled in with body filler.
