Custom Alignments

Alignments for Classics & Customs

You don’t have to dread getting an alignment done anymore because StreetMod Designs can now align your classic OR custom in a hassle-free experience. No more wasting hours at a big box shop only to find out they can’t align it. We are your experts in classic and customs!

Your classic or custom won’t become misalign overnight unless you change suspension components, get in an accident, or hit that really big pothole going into work. Suspension components will become loose over time due to bad roads or parts becoming worn out. Which means that your vehicle isn’t performing 100% like it should. You may notice pulling to one side, improper/excessive wear on your tires, decrease in gas mileage, and your center point on your steering wheel is no longer at “12 o’clock.”

The StreetMod Design’s team will put your vehicle on the alignment machine to analyze where adjustments need to be made. Our technician will then adjust your toe, camber, and/or caster with the proper alignment specs specialized for your classic or custom. You also don’t have to worry about memorizing your specs because we can get them for any year, make, and model (yes, even your Model T). The only time you will need to bring specs is when you have special set up that maximizes your performance.

Knowledge on the go

When is it time for an Alignment?

Replace or Upgrade Suspension Components

Changing your suspension can be super fun to get that nice driving experience that you always wanted. When you change an OEM component(s) or upgrade to an aftermarket suspension component(s), an alignment is a MUST have to maintain safe drivability, even wear on tires, and maximum gas milage.

Pulling to One Side

Have you been noticing that your car is wanting to pull to the left or right even when you are holding the steering wheel straight on even pavement? This is a classic sign that you NEED an alignment right away. You can notice this at highway speeds or even just around town.

Steering Off Center

Are you noticing the center of your steering wheel has started to turn clockwise or counter clockwise when you are driving straight? That means your gearbox is off center. The gearbox is a key component in your alignment to ensure everything is straight.

New Tires

It is HIGHLY recommended that when you get new tires that you get an alignment to go with it. The alignment ensures that you will create even wear on your new tires to maximize the life of the tire. With your old tires think about how many times you went over a bumpy road, couldn't avoid a pothole, went off-roading, or accidently curb-checked. These are all factors that slowly effect your alignment.
